My weight is around 70kg trying to loss weight......I have heard a lot about nutrigain product for weight loss. Can u please help me with your valuable suggestion should I go for if or no. Is there any side effect of this product

Don't go  for any such product have proper diet consultation and exercise. You can lose weight in healthy way
