My weight is very low and body pain maximum. Please help i am attaching my reports and medicine details

Hello, your reports says you are widal positive that means , typhoid positive, false positive test is common in widal test , unless it correlates with your symptoms you don't have to worry about it . Have non veg food items like fish ,chicken , egg they contain lot of protein , take one deworming tablet if you have any, lifting weights increases your appetite .
