Hello doctor, it's been 2 years since my haemoglobin level was 6, and still it's 6-7, and I'm having all the symptoms of iron deficiency like need of more sleep even after sleeping 10hours, yellow face, white lips, no redness in cornea, low cardio, I get tired easily, and also I ate medicines prescribed by doctor and pomegranate, drank palak juice but no effect. Kindly do something about it
