Haemoglobin is low
My haemoglobin is 11.8 which is below the level of normal score. What should I do?? Should I visit a doc or increase iron and vitamin included food in my diet is enough?

hello there. 11 is not so low that you need any medicines consider the following- have an apple or spinach everyday, they have a high amount of iron. include greens and fruits and sources of proteins like egg or meat and this should be enough. regards
