  3. IUGR and low weight. Can it cause iugr?

IUGR and low weight
At 32 week baby weighs 1.4kg and is on 3rd centile overall..I am taking L arginine and astymin forte supplements. What else to be done to increase fetal growth and weight soon ? I have mild GDM, can it cause IUGR?

Report seems to be within normal limits. Proper diet and controlled gdm may help in better fetal growth
