Dear madam most of your symptoms are due to pcod. Your obese according to your bmi. Pcod ie polycystic ovarian disease is syndrome with group of symptoms due to elevated levels of androgens and testosterone(male hormones) in females. Causes include obesity, sedentary lifestyle, family history. Symptoms include irregular periods with/without heavy flow, acne, excess of facial and body hair(hirsutism), dark pigmented dry skin around neck( acanthosis nigricans),difficulty in conceiving.. Pcod can be associated with diabetes, obesity, mood swings, heart diseases.. Treatment includes lifestyle change, weight loss, sometimes oral pills to regularize cycles, drugs like metformin also help a lot, for acne topical anti acne agents, for facial hair- removal of hairs by threading, waxing, laser removal and then application of the creams which thin hairs and reduce hair growth will be helpful. For dry skin apply moisturizer regularly, water based sunscreens, avoid harsh soaps. For weight reduction follow strict diet with more proteins n less carbohydrates n fats, avoid junk and fast food, have more green leafy vegetables, workout everyday for atleast an hour.
