This is Piyush from Kolkata. I am 30 years old unmarried guy. My height is 5'7" and current weight is 56 kg. I am skinny since my childhood. Current medical conditions : Vitamin D deficiency only 5.8 tested this month only and left side neck pain.
I am taking medications for my issue .side by side I want to gain weight and build up muscle as I will be getting married this year and doesn't want to get comments by people's . I don't have any smoking and drinking issues but have masturbation addiction since 10 years. I want to update my dietitng habits as I want to gain weight.
Please suggest on my issues mentioned above.

For gaining weight, you can consider these suggestions :
1. Maintain meal gaps: take small and frequent meals every 2-3 hours.
2. Walk after every meal for 15-20 minutes, it will boost up your metabolism and you will be able to consume sufficient food.
3. Include dates and figs in your diet.
4. Make rotis out of (50% wheat+ 50% besan)
5. Drink 2-3 litres of water everyday.
