Hello, This is Ashish. I am 32 years old, 171 cm height and Weigh 82 Kgs.
I wish to lose weight gradually.
I do light exercises and go for walk 45 min approx 3 kms everyday morning.
I work for sales and I am out of station for almost 10 days of a month. Hence have to eat outside and my walks and exercise dont happen.
Can you suggest me a diet plan that would help me when at home and when I am out what am I supposed to eat??
