Hi I m 25, ht 167cm and wt arnd 86. i met with injury. so i cant sprint. but i can jog daily for 8+ kms easily. but my weight doesnt come down. it comes down for 12 hrs only. suppose my wt bfr running is 86. and when i come after running for 1hr or more and check it again. it will be around 83.5. and again in the mrnng it get upto 85.5. pl help.
