If the sugarlevel is constantly fluctuating n is not under control it can cause weight loss.So primarily, the patient must keep a strict control over diabetes. Then all the natural form of food will also be helpful in gaining weight and maintaining health . Regular exercise for atleast 30 mins/day and adequate sleep is equally important.
