Weight Gain Problem
I have weight gaining problem. I weigh about 44kg for last 7years. Iam 5'6" also suffering from hypertension which is controlled now.
I want to ask do Nutrigain granules/capsules (or) Bgainer capsules help in weight gain without any side effects...as i have a lean body stature.

supplements play a secondary role in weight gain. you need to follow s proper food plan by eating on regular intervals along with exercise such as weight training.

There seems to be certainly some underlying problem which had to be diagnosed.
If it is genetic it is ok. If not go for organic Ashwagandha lehya for few months. Then opt for organic honey everyday.
Go for genuine supplements. Don't fall for advertisements.
Go for immune stimulation products like AC95.
