Weight gain problem
I am unable to gain weight...my BP always low. I never feel hunger.. in the duration of period I suffer uncontrollable pain...my age is 27 & weight is 37.

Take high protein diet. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Ask me directly for detailed diet plan for you.
Next Steps
Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer etc.
