Hi ! I am having a lot of difficulty in gaining weight despite eating tons of healthy food . What should I do and how can I gain weight faster ?

Hi dear you should include high calorie and high protein foods in your diet. Include foods like Banana, milk and milk products, cheese, paneer, eggs, fish chicken etc. Eat 6-7 Meals per day so that you get energy throughout the day.
