Sir/mam every time I lose my weight, I gain it very fastly after it. In 2013-14 I had lost my weight from 81 kg to 60 kg by dieting and daily walking. But when I leave dieting and continued 4 days a week walk I gained weight again to 81 kg.so please tell me some secrets so that I can maintain my reduced weight? And how to stay slim forever.
