I wanted to increase my weight according to my age and height I am under weight I wanted to increase my weight upto 60 to 65 kg I take so many steps to increase my work so I request you to please give me some suggestions to increase my weight thank you

Hi - U can come up with your weight. u need to plan a high calorie diet by 60% carbohydrate like cereals ,whole grains enriched with 25 % protien, rest fat like cooking oils. add butter ,ghee in rice ,more vegetables, fruits like banana, mangoes, grapes etc. add kichdi, alu parotha in your major meals. sleep 8 hrs. no stress.

Hello...... Try the following things to increase your weight 1. Eat complete the meals a day 2. Take dry fruits and groundnuts on daily basis 3. Drink minimum half a litre of milk with nutritional powder everyday 4. Take two to the fruits a day 5. Make sure you are taking enough protein rich foods like dals, pulses, eggs, milk products, nuts. 5. You can take one boiled potatoes a day 6. Have two spoons of ghee on daily basis in your meals. ......... If you are eating properly still not gaining weight than you need to undergo clinical evaluation.
