I'm 22 n my weight s 43kg.. Iam very thin and I want to put on weight. I started going to gym from few days. How can I put some weight? N I m a vegetarian too.

Hello, you can have high protein ,fiber containing food items , high carbohydrates foods are unhealthy , Take atleast a egg per day ,it containing good amount of protein. Take milk products , pulses ,soyabean . Exercise daily ,maintain fitness that's more important.
