Weight gain
I have done full body diagnosis and everything is fine. Still I am not gaining weight. I normally eat 2-3 roti in breakfast along with 2 egg white then after 2 hour 1 coconut water. One cup one rice and 3 roti in lunch. Evening one fruit usually apple. And at night 5-6 roti

There r many reasons for not gaining weight. What's your weight and height? Checkup ur parameters like HbA1C thyroid cortisol levels. You non-veg or vegetarian The diet u r following is not balanced and high protein diet. For gaining weight u need proper high protein diet and balanced nutrition and do exercises.
