Weight gain
I am gaining weight after my delivery now I am 76 kg.I am planning for second issue .so need to loose weight first.i am doing light exercise and dieting..so is there any way to loose fat first for healthy pregnancy.my height is 5 ft and i am 29 yrs old.my first delivery was on october 2014.please sugest

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Avoid outside food completely. but take foods rich in iron and calcium as you are planning for 2nd pregnancy. Ask me directly for detailed diet plan.
