Hello, you need to understand one thing, junk foods means all high calorie all oily,, foods for example bakery items, pizza, fast foods, ice cream, chips, gobi, panipuri,, like this. You need to avoid all these things to reduce weight. Eating normal foods like Anna sambar, chapati, dose edli,, outside doesn't come under junk foods. Add daily 30min exercise, avoid all above said junk foods,, you will start losing your weight.
