For gaining weight,  you can consider these suggestions : 1. Maintain meal gaps: take small and frequent meals every 2-3 hours. 2. Walk after every meal for 15-20 minutes, it will boost up your metabolism and you will be able to consume sufficient food. 3. Include dates and figs in your diet. 4. Make rotis out of (50% wheat+ 50% besan) 5. Drink 2-3 litres of water everyday.

It is ideal to gain weight the healthy way. Suggest you can increase your intake of proteins both plant and animal food, like dal, sprouts, pulses, soya, paneer, milk and eggs in at least 2 meals every day. If you are a non vegetarian you can include fish and chicken in your meals about thrice a week. Also focus on other healthy foods like healthy fats in nuts and seeds, healthy carbs, fibre foods, fruits and vegetables.
Next Steps
you will also need a good exercise plan to build stronger muscles. also a persoanlised diet plan will need detailed consultation and an understanding of your overall health.
Health Tips
Avoid junk, oily, sugary or other foods that can cause weight gain but are usually not very healthy to have often. gaining weight gradually with the right nutrition amd lifestyle choices will keep you healthy in the long run.
