Hi, weight gain seems to be more difficult than wight loss these days. But nothing is impossible if you follow the right diet. the weight gain wont be sudden. We need to look at a steady and a healthy weight gain. We don,t want fat gain. For this, we have to firstly include a good quality high protein diet. Like consuming eggs, milk and milk products, lean cuts of meats, mixing cereals and pulses. Next we move on to the carbohydrates, a balanced proportion of complex and simple carbs, eg. whole cereals, pulses, fruits, etc. Fats should be more from the invisible sources, like nuts, seeds, etc. have a blend of oils, to help you receive the essential fatty acids. eg. sunflower oil with rice bran, etc. With this what we have to look at is, slowly increasing the appetite, and eating frequent meals. The above tips would definitely help you achieve the desired healthy weight.
