Hi have small, frequent meals every 2 hours. Have foods rich in carbs like rice, roti, potatoes, yam. Do not eat deep fried foods, junk or sweets. Add ghee to rice or roti. Have 2 bananas with a glass of milk, dates, dried fruit, almonds with honey. Get good sources of protein like eggs, chicken, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, rajma in your diet.
