The total calories required for an individual will depend on th, wt, age, sex of the person, kind of activity one performs. If u eat X No of calories and do Xplus calories burnt by exercise you will still not gain weight.

Gud evening it depends upon age height weight your activity level, u try do have 2000calories if u r doing heavy exercises for muscle mass as well as weight gain.
