Hi myself Shalini Singh, whatever and how much I eat, that is not sufficient to my body. I want to gain weight atleast 10 kg, as I am too slim, can you suggest me some medicine aur diet. I don't have any digestion and some other problems also. So I want your help regarding the same. Thanks

Include nutrient rich food such as dry figs, raisins , chick peas etc in your diet.
You could also try taking ashwagandha rasayanam 1 tsp twice daily with warm milk.
If your mom and dad are thin there might be a genetic component for you to have high metabolism
These following lifestyle changes will help you with weight gain:
- Eat foods that are rich in calories like pulses, cereals, meat, bread, rice, dry fruits, and nuts.
- Avoid fast food or cereal bars.
- Have six meals a day â three big meals and three small.
- Only calories wonât add to your body weight; you need to include the right amount of proteins in your diet.
- Healthy fats such as nuts, leafy veggies, salmon, flax seed oil, avocados oil, and many seeds.
- Reduce stress with methods such as yoga, meditation and sleep
- Exercise regularly to gain muscle weight
You can also have a multivitamin along with above steps.
