Hi, you are still in early teens, there may be chances that you will develop muscle and weight over time. Meanwhile have small frequent meals. Make them energy rich by adding ghee. Have milk with banana twice a day. Have nuts, dates on a regular basis. Have paneer, curd, sprouts, pulses, egg, chicken to get good protein. Hope this helps.
