Hai, I'm Ranjith. My weight is 70kg and the height is 178cm . I feel too lean. I wanna get gain weight. I tried whey proteins and went to gym also but i didn't get any weight and muscles also. Is there any problem with me?. I hve lotz of stress with me due to some personal life. Does stress affect our body weight gain?. Just say what should i do now. I wanna become a fit

Hi Ranjith Yes stress effects your body it will make you lean and not able to gain weight. As you said some personal life problem stressed you. Always remember no problem is bigger than your health. The problem will solve by the time itself but if your health suffer than you will suffer.

Hi Ranjith Stress plays a very important role in gaining the weight as well as losing the weight.  You first make sure that your life is stress free and this life is girl off God so take it easy and be happy. For weight gain you can eat peanut butter,  4teaspoon off ghee in a day which rice, eat carbs like rice, wheat ,maize etc and before bed drink milk with one scoop off ensure.

Hi your weight is Ok as per your Ideal body weight. You will have to go for lean muscle building diet along with weigh training. You will have to be patience as muscle building or weight gain do not come instantly, you will have to be positive and do efforts suggested by your Dietitian and trainer. You will have to give sometime yourself for seeing good results. By this way you will get your desired goals gradually. You are absolutely right that stress affects (whether it is weight gain or weight loss) body's most of the activities.
