Weight gain during pregnancy
Hello, I am 24 weeks pregnant now, my current weight is 63.5 kg and height is 154. I started my pregnancy with 57-56 kg. Is this weight gain normal? Need to control my weight?

In total gaining 10 to 11 kg for an average weight lady is alright. Now have controlled gain. Eat less added sweets, avoid fried food, junk food and food from hotel.
