As per my height and age, I'm under weight. I need some help for that. I was in depression and I have very less eating habits. I have low self-esteem. I'm very sad due to my figure.

You just need to focus on high calorie intake and have foods that are more 8n calories but also healthy at the same time.
Increase your protein consumption. Have protein in every meal.
Have milk or shakes or smoothies, various dry fruits and nuts everyday.
Have more rice, potatoes.
Have plenty of good, healthy fats.
