Weight and post surgery issues
I had laproscopic surgery of Inguinal Hernia last year in the month of Feb. At times my groin area(where issue was)pains a lot that I cant even stand. I feel something hard when i touch my lowest part of lower abdomen. Mesh is of 13 by 13 cm and it was since birth as my doctor told me. And since last year i have gained weight around 15 20 kgs post surgery. I have constipation issue also. I am eating softovac sf from last few years (may be 5 or more) regularly. Please help me that how can I reduce my weight and how to leave habit of eating softovac sf.
