Weight and hair loss
I want to lose 13-16kg weight .. Will u please suggest me a proper diet plan which will help me in losing weight as soon as possible.. Along with this i have hairloss problem.. How to get rid of it???

Hello.... Hello..one can reduce weight by dietary and lifestyle change . Have more of fruits and vegetables ..have foods like chapattis, roti... Avoid junk food, oily food items.. Exercise regularly (yoga or aerobics)... Sleep for at least seven to eight hours.. Medically BMW more than 30 is considered obesity.
