Week 16 pregnant suffering cold ,cough

I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant and having cough since 5 days and cold(blocked nose) since a day. I have slight headache but no fever
What should I do and will this affect my fetus ?
Will it cause miscarriage or still birth of my baby?
