Wearing Sights glass necessary everytime
I have doubt regarding "wearing Eye Sight galsses" everytime..
I have a eye sight..I use the spectacles whenever I get necessary,Remaining time I kept away my spectacles..
1) Is it OK if we kept away the glasses if we don't needed? Or else
2) we need to wear the glass all time except in sleeping??
Why wearing Eye glasses is for sight is necessary,is it mandatory to wear the glass all the day?? Or else we can wear whenever it is necessary??
