To wear the lenses of exact power prescribed to you after proper refraction & duochrome balance is the best thing to do.
Next Steps
Kindly visit an ophthalmologist (if you have not) for proper refraction & glass prescription.

Hello, it depends on the power of your prescription and whether you are getting eye strain or headache or any other symptoms ! Best would be to ask your ophthalmologist to throw a better light on whether changing the glasses is urgent or can wait !
