Weakness post dengue fever

Asked for Female, 42 Years

Hi -its been 10 days since I was hospitalized for dengue. My platelets had dropped to 30k and improved to 1L plus when I got discharged 10 days back. I initially felt overall weakness and got tired easily but needed advice on when can I start exercising little bit. I start getting neck and back pain and stiffness in case of no exercise. Request for a suggestion pl. Thanks
