Weakness n pain In penis

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Im a 32 year old single man having a healthy lifestyle. On average I masterbate once in a fortnight and when i do that I get proper erection but it doesn't last long and i ejaculate as soon as i start. After it i feel pain in the penis (left side of the shaft) as if i hv overdone the masterbation. Even i don't feel like to do the sex for many days. I feel vey disappointed and frustrated. Please don't treat this only as Premature Ejeculation because i hv taken some medicine earlier and i hv been taking flax seeds for past two three months and that didn't help a little. Please help me . Thanx
