I am covid Positive from last 6 days and taking prescribed medicines (including vitamins)...fever is less and mild cough is there but weakness is there in a body...what can we take to overcome weakness.

Weakness is definitely due to covid it will take time if you are taking all your medicines along with multivitamin don’t worry you will feel better in few days.
