Weakness & pain in knees.
Hi, from past few weeks I'm experiencing pain in my both knees, it feels as if they are weak, the pain is mild and continuous. I have not suffered any injury or something. As per my belief I think it's due to deficiency in my body, I'm working and usually the schedule of eating is mis match. Kindly suggest supplements.

Thanks for question,as per your question, first you should regulate your diet which is some how is the cause of your problem, you should increase natural intake of calcium in your diet, do some regular non impact exercises, with more focus on quadriceps strengthening, avoid activities like long standing, cross sitting, stairs etc. till the pain gets better, avoid outside n junk food.
