Weakness after 3-4 hours eating food
I am 22 male. I feel very weak, hungry, and have an ability to fall after 3-4 hours of eating food. If I don’t eat during these symptoms, they keep on getting worse, and after eating something, within 20 minutes I feel normal and fully energetic. I am non-diabetic, no family history of any disease. My HbA1c is normal as well as my fasting is always normal. I never get these symptoms after dinner. My sugar at the time of symptoms was 72. I want to know what this is and what is its solution.
