Hungry after 15 minutes of eating a meal

Asked for Female, 55 Years

I took acecloflenac for ankle pain, after that i have been feeling hungry after every meal post 15 minutes. Could it be acidity! I also take Sugarfree Natura as iam type two diabetic, will taking sweeteners make me feel hungry after meals? My diabetes and thyroid are under control, as iam type 2 diabetic and hypothyroid
