Month back I suffered from frequent urination problem, my urine report is normal, but my
Fasting blood sugar is 103, random blood sugar is 123 and my
hba1c is 6.2, so I'm PreDiabetic. I control my diet and start working out. And my frequent urination problem is better now. But from yesterday all of sudden I feel hungry more so I check my blood sugar at 1:30pm. I ate my breakfast at 10:30. it's 98. It's normal or low?
Or its because of I'm taking less calories ?
