Weak erections
Been in a relationship for 5+ years. Sufferer of phimosis, intercourse would hurt and hence cause limp penis. After many urologist visits, I decided not to go for surgery, and fixed phimosis with stretching and determination. However, due to constant failures to maintain erection, she has lost her sex drive due to demotivation, and I still can't stay erect. I used to masturbate a lot as well, I have been off of it for 10 days, willing to go for as long as possible. I have no other illnesses.

If it's still painful I think surgery is the best option. Talk to your partner about it. Try foreplay and other measures to satisfy her needs.
