Intercourse
I am recently married and while having intercourse I tried to push myself gently inwards but I guess as it's our first time for both of us, maybe that's why I couldn't push deep inside as her opening is not wide enough. So while trying to gently push n pull, I am ejaculating very early maybe within 3-4 mins. So now I am worried is this gonna be the same every time I initiate intercourse then my wife will not be satisfied or is it just normal for the newly wed couple or should I be worried? Kind help or suggestions would be great for us as a couple.

Hello This is a very common and normal situation in newly married couples, especially when both partners are having intercourse for the first time. Early ejaculation during the initial few encounters usually happens due to anxiety, excitement, unfamiliarity, and fear of hurting the partner. These factors can make the body respond faster than expected. It does not mean that this problem will continue permanently. Difficulty in penetration initially is also common. Vaginal muscles may be tight due to nervousness or lack of relaxation, and with time, comfort, proper arousal, and patience, this improves naturally. Force should never be used.

Dear Practo User, Let me explain you about your issue in brief - The issue as described by you above is termed as premature ejaculation. Often frequent masturbation leads to erection problems and penis shrinkage. It seems to me you have been indulged in doing masturbation and watching porn alot. There is a possibility that the tip of your penis might have become hyper sensitive. Premature ejaculation (PE), when semen leaves the body (ejaculate) sooner than desired during sex, can cause distress and impact relationships, often stemming from psychological factors like anxiety or relationship issues, but can also be linked to physical conditions However this issue is not a major cause to worry as much as there are medications and treatment available for the same. If you genuinely interested in getting your issue resolved then you can contact me directly through google on my website or contact me through Practo. Would be happy to help you. You can contact me directly through my website for online or in person consultation - https://www.drfayyazsexologyclinic.com
