Weak erections as a 27Y0
Hi Dr, I am 27 yo with normal BMI and have an active lifestyle - i have started with gym and body weight trainings. I am facing issues with my erections as I cant retain it - becomes saggy and short, not even getting morning erections from 2-3 years and it is affecting my relationship. I used to bed hump earlier everyday in my childhood and I guess it has caused damage to my penile nerves. I really want a permanent solution to this. I also have deficiency of vitamin d and b12. Even after masturbation I feel so weak, bloated, and tired and i dont feel like doing anything, it affects my partner and my general life as well. I really want a strong erection and to last long on bed. Please help. My testosterone total is 458 as per aug'23 reports.

Please get a physical examination with a MD medicine. Stress is a major factor in affecting libido. Talk to your partner if there are any inhibitons or anxiety. Try different methods. Avoid masturbating a lot. Loss of erection can be due to physiological or neurological reasons. Proper evaluation will help you get proper treatment and better results.
