Weak Digestion.Problem in Stomach.
I am Suffering from the digestive system problem which results that I go to toilet 3 times a day means after few minutes of each meal.This also caused that my weight is not increasing and my body is weak.My height is also not good.Please tell me the solution so that I can have good digestion and the food make me healthy.

Hi, Why don't you go for health checkup to rule out the excat cause.Consult gastroenterologist.Talking about the diet. Include easily food such as yogurt, yakult as it contains beneficial microorganisms and ease the gut flora.Can take in fruits prefer banana,apple,pear.If nonvegetarin can prefer salmon, chicken breast(not fried and spicy),egg (boiled).

Include fennel seeds in your diet. Try warm lemon water or ginger root tea. Drink soda lime water. Enjoy some mint. Avoid fried, processed, bakery ,outside stuff. Go for homemade boiled items. Eat small frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid late dinner and keep a gap of 3 hours before sleeping. Do brisk walk. Start with milti vitamin tablets or syrup ( consult the doctor)
