Weak dengue fever
Sir my son is suffering from fever.Today report shows that weekly dengue positive.platelet count 119000.crp in blood 21.3 wbc 3900.his age is 5years weight is 15.5 kg .kindly suggest me further treatment and medication.i shared the images of reports

Give paracetamol only for fever.... Give plenty of liquid orally including lemon juice... Wait for 2 to3 days if kid is playful and active... If kid feel weakness or any edema develop or any rashes then consult pediatrician in person....

When did the fever start ? Dengue fever would be there for 6-7 days.

Continue paracetamol syrup for fever, don't use meftal or ibugesic for fever control. If he develops vomiting, stomach pain , skin rash in the form of red spots or any bleeding manifestations then need admission and sometimes icu care.. If child is otherwise stable, eating well then paracetamol syrup is enough
