Ways to prevent Sinusitis Symptoms
My wife has sinusitis and tries to keep it under control through daily steaming using Easibreathe capsules. However, she has regular sneezing bouts especially after waking up in the morning, and sometimes at night. Recently she is experiencing inflammation in the nostrils and complains of pain upon touching her nose especially the upper portion near the nasal passage.
Please suggest what might be causing this, and any remedies to treat or control it.

She seems to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. She may have now developed infection of the skin lined surface of nose because of nose cleaning which is known as nasal vestibulitis. She may need to take antibiotics and apply antiseptic ointment for now
