Wax stone formed in ear
There is wax stone had been formed in my left ear and doctor has suggested to remove it under anesthesia as it's painful without it. . Is anesthesia recommended for this condition or there are other ways like suction or any other? Pls suggest.

There is no requirement as such to remove wax under anaesthesia , however painful it might be unless we are looking at a condition called keratosis obturans.

1. waxoff ear drops 3 times a day for 1 week

1. Do not use ear buds 2. If its extremely painful, you can take one paracetamol.

Yes,please go ahead with the procedure. It will be painful if u tty to remove otherwise,hence anaesthesia.
