I have watery stools, no appetite, nausea Today morning after brush i drunk sprite cool drink. is it ok ? Can i eat idle with chutney ? and can i drink cool drink and milk ? Please tell me

You could be having stomach infection. It can occur due to eating unhygienic food or through water or dirty hands etc. drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration. Use filter or boiled and cooled water. Avoid outside food. If symptoms persist visit a nearby doctor.
