I have watery eyes since last 3 days and I am fighting irritation in eyes. What should I do? Please suggest asap

is it watery or little thick. is there any swelling and pain also.without examination  exact advice is not  possible. so pl share  closeup pic with detailed history or consult an ophthalmologist.
