Firstly I need to know if you have any medical issues esp Diabetes as in that case the quantity would matter.
If you are Non-Diabetic then you can have 300gms of Watermelon ideally at one time or you can combine it with other fruits as a platter and had as a mid-morning or mid-evening snack. Ideally to fill you up for a longer period of time you can combine it with some source of fiber like sprinkle flax seeds over it. This would give you a satiety upto 2-2.5hrs or so....
