Hello, Firstly I need to know if you have any medical issues esp Diabetes as in that case the quantity would matter. If you are Non-Diabetic then you can have 300gms of Watermelon ideally at one time or you can combine it with other fruits as a platter and had as a mid-morning or mid-evening snack. Ideally to fill you up for a longer period of time you can combine it with some source of fiber like sprinkle flax seeds over it. This would give you a satiety upto 2-2.5hrs or so....

I can not say slice bcoz some watermelon is big n some small You can take 200 gm to 300 gm If you have any health issues then it differ Take direct consulation for customised diet plan so you get good benifits.
